Autoblog has the scoop on Porsche and their efforts at going hybrid. With Europe passing stricter guidelines (limit of 130 g/km), Porsche may need to go hybrid in their Panamera even sooner than they had first thought.
They were hoping to get the Cayenne a hybrid powertrain by 2009, but now they are saying 2010. And this is falling back from their initial goal of a hybrid Cayenne by 2008.
Bosch and Audi are partnering up with Porsche to bring the gas electric hybrid to market.
